This Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch is available in carrier resins - PE (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene). PE filler masterbatch is widely applied in the plastic industry for reducing production costs and improving the characters of products by improving the surface features, hardness, chemical & physical durability, and a heat resistance of the product. It is compatible with HDPE, PP, PS, LDPE, LLDPE, etc and appropriate for PE film, injection, extrusion, HDPE pipe, and multi-layer films. However, PP filler masterbatch gives excellent dispersion with perfect compatibility.  When added into polyolefin resins during blow molding, blowing film, wire drawing, slip casting, injection, or extrusion, it displaces the portion of the resins and plastic granules thereby improving properties and saving producing costs.
